The Library includes documents related political party analysis; practical information and specific experiences on the process of modernization and opening of political parties; conceptual and operational foundations for party organization; and general materials related to the management of political parties.

The Political Party Network has developed this document center as an instrument to improve the decision making process within political parties.

NDI has identified three fundamental elements that are characteristic of effective political parties that transcend geographic boundaries and ideological barriers.
