Leadership Program Alumni Eligible for Additional Technical Assistance

NDI now supports the continued efforts of Leadership Program alumni to improve their parties through:

  1. Individual technical assistance for party reform projects.
  2. Training for groups of LP alumni interested in becoming trainers on new LP methodologies.
  3. Exchange visits between LP alumni to share experiences and best practices.
  4. Strengthening alumni networks at the national level.
  1. Individual technical assistance for party reform projects.

    Interested alumni must mail the following documents to Egresados_PL@ndi.org:

    • Updated resume.
    • Description and short evaluation of your original LP project (1 page).
    • Project proposal for this program. The project may be either a second phase ofr your original LP project or a new project (1 page).
    • Basic timeline and work plan. A template for these documents, in Spanish, is available for download below.

    The deadline to submit these documents is XXX.

  2. Training for groups of LP alumni interested in becoming trainers on new LP methodologies.

    Groups interested in training sessions must send the following information to Egresados_PL@ndi.org or contact NDI's field office in your country, if there is one:

    • List of alumni that form part of the group, including the name, e-mail address, phone number and Leadership Program class.
    • Training topic in which the group is interested.
  3. Exchange visits between LP alumni to share experiences and best practices.

    Alumni that are interested in sharing their party reform experiences may send a summary of their experiences or training topics to Egresados_PL@ndi.org.

  4. Strengthening alumni networks at the national level.

    Alumni that are interested in forming a national LP alumni network in their country may contact NDI's office in their country or the Washington, DC contact for their country with their suggestions.
